When you lie down, you will be fully clothed while gentle music plays in the background, creating a calm atmosphere. I will gently place my hands on or over specific areas of your body, channeling energy and helping to release blockages that may be holding you back. This non-invasive approach works holistically, addressing not only physical discomfort but also emotional and spiritual imbalances.
Many people find that this treatment can induce deep relaxation. When I heal, it can be felt as a slight tingling, warmth, or coolness, which can be so pleasant that you fall asleep.
